I had a great time at this hotel - the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the area was beautiful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was very convenient and provided easy access to transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and served with a variety of options.

The location was prime with great access to Termales. The scenery was beautiful and created an excellent atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming; the service was exceptional.
The organisation was dreadful. My room was not prepared upon check-in, and I had to wait with no clear explanation.

The scenery from the hotel was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and friendly. the location was convenient as it was close to natural hot springs and outdoor activities. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.
The organization was poor and we had to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready. the room had some maintenance issues, including clogged shower and noisy air extraction.

We arrived at the hotel and our room wasn't ready at the check-in time, despite confirming our arrival earlier. We had to wait for over an hour and a half, which was quite frustrating. However, once we got into our room, we were greeted with a spacious and comfortable space. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful, with stunning scenery, especially near the Termales. The staff, particularly Liliana the manager, were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend staying at this hotel for its helpful staff and lovely location.
